Front Porch Communities is the rental property management division of Monarch Group — houses and secondary suites for rent in Edmonton, led by Peter Jorgesen with fourteen years of home building experience.
Corporate Profile
Peter Jorgesen, son of a reputable homebuilder, established his own residential construction company Monarch Framing in 2005. Since that time, Monarch Framing expanded its focus to include commercial and condominium framing as well as residential and commercial wood structure modifications and renovations.
Monarch Framing's projects include over three hundred single and multi-family homes for major homebuilders in Edmonton, as well as local landmarks such as the Edmonton Armories and M-Trac buildings in downtown Edmonton.
Monarch Framing has since evolved into Monarch Group of Companies, and services have expanded to include homebuilding, specializing on infill builds in mature neighbourhoods. Monarch Group's team includes designers trained in lifespan and adaptable environments.
Because of Monarch Group's experience and expertise, Monarch Homes are designed and built with economy, efficiency, and comfortable living for any stage in life — including garden suites, garage suites, and quality rental homes managed by Front Porch Communities.
